What Summatt collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. Your details go into my CRM so I can reply, and nowhere else.

## Who we are

This website is operated by Summatt (Stuart Matthewman), an independent marketing consultancy based in Sydney, Australia. Summatt is a small business, but we handle your personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) as good practice.

We collect information you give us directly — for example, when you fill in a contact or enquiry form, book a call, or email us. This typically includes your name, email address, company, phone number, and the details of your enquiry.

We also collect some information automatically when you browse this site, such as pages visited, device and browser type, and referral source, through standard web analytics and HubSpot's tracking cookies.

## How we use your information

We use your information to:

- respond to your enquiry and provide the services you've asked about
- send you marketing communications, but only if you've opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time
- understand how people use this site, so we can improve it
- meet our legal and accounting obligations

## Cookies and analytics

This site runs on HubSpot and uses HubSpot's cookies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and give us aggregate analytics on traffic and engagement. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect how the site functions.

## Sharing your information

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run Summatt and this website — principally HubSpot, our CRM and website platform — and only to the extent needed for them to provide that service, or where we're required to by law.

Your information is stored securely in HubSpot's systems and kept only as long as we reasonably need it for the purposes above, or as required by law.

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop receiving marketing communications. To do so, contact us using the details below.
